Spectrum International School operates under the Bilim Orda International Social Foundation, its sole founder.
The Board of Trustees ensures the school's strategic direction, operational excellence, and alignment with its mission and values.
The Board includes key members who oversee the school’s development, finances, and educational standards, working closely with school leadership. Mr Vahap Odar, is the designated Board member responsible for overseeing Spectrum International School, and liaises between the school and the Board.
President of the Foundation, Chair, Deputy Chair, Secretary, Designated Board Member, Principal and Administrative Director. The Board meets at least three times per year to discuss school priorities and progress.
